Accuracy and updates
Each guide shows the date it was last updated. We review guides when a tariff, price, deadline or procedure changes, and we correct errors as soon as we confirm them.
Clear language
We write for ordinary readers, not specialists. Steps are numbered, technical terms are explained and nothing is hidden behind unnecessary text.
