Zong daily and 3-day packages
Daily bundles suit people who only need the internet for a day or two, for example while travelling or waiting for a monthly bundle to renew. Daily bundles expire at the end of their validity period, so unused MBs do not carry forward.

Zong weekly packages
Weekly bundles give the best balance between price and data for most students and office users. “Zong minutes” are on-net minutes for calls to other Zong numbers, while other-network minutes cover Jazz, Telenor, Ufone and PTCL numbers.

Weekly Digital Max has had more than one price increase in 2026, so it is worth checking the current price before you dial the code. Weekly bundles from Zong do not renew automatically unless the bundle page says so.
Zong monthly packages
Monthly bundles cost more upfront but work out cheaper per GB. If you use the internet every day for work, classes or streaming, a monthly Zong package usually saves money compared with buying four weekly bundles.

Monthly Pro Max Basic and Monthly Pro Max Plus give the same data and minutes. The Plus version costs Rs100 more and adds free subscriptions such as Zong TV and Golootlo, so pick Basic if you do not need those extras. Zong packages for social media, WhatsApp and calls
Social bundles are cheaper because the data works only on selected apps. Call bundles have no internet or very little, and are aimed at people who mainly talk and send SMS.

Zong data-only internet packages
If you never make calls on your Zong SIM, a data-only bundle avoids paying for minutes you will not use. One option is a night bundle, which is very cheap but works only in fixed hours.

Zong also sells separate bundles for its Internet SIM and MBB devices (portable Wi-Fi devices), which do not work on a normal mobile SIM. Check the device section of the Zong website if you use one of these.
How to subscribe to Zong packages
- Recharge your Zong number with at least the bundle price. You can recharge from a retailer, the My Zong app, or a wallet such as Easypaisa or JazzCash.
- Dial the bundle code from the tables above, for example *2250# for Weekly Premium.
- If the bundle has no direct code, dial *6464# and choose the bundle from the menu, or open the My Zong app and pick it from the offers list.
- Wait for the confirmation SMS from Zong. It shows the bundle name and expiry date.
- Dial *102# to confirm the MBs and minutes have been added.
Check balance, remaining MBs and unsubscribe
- Balance: dial *222#.
- Remaining MBs, minutes and SMS: dial *102#. Zong charges 10 paisa plus tax per inquiry. The My Zong app shows the same details free of charge.
- Unsubscribe: dial *6464# and choose the unsubscribe option, or deactivate the bundle in the My Zong app. Some bundles also allow an SMS such as “unsub” to the short code given on the bundle page.
- Help: call 310 from your Zong number, or send “help” by SMS to 310.
Prices, tax and fair use
Zong lists most bundles at a “consumer price”, while a few, mostly value-added services, are shown as a price plus tax. According to Zong’s terms, advance income tax of 15% applies on every recharge and sales tax applies on usage where relevant. If a code says your balance is too low, check your balance with *222# and top up the difference.
Bundles marked “unlimited” have a fair use limit. On Monthly Super Card, for example, the limit is 5,000 Zong minutes and SMS. Once your bundle data runs out, Zong charges out-of-bundle internet at Rs1 plus tax per MB, which can drain your balance quickly.

- Light user: Weekly AIO Mini (Rs250) or Monthly WhatsApp Prime (Rs300) if you mostly use WhatsApp.
- Student or regular user: Weekly Premium (Rs660) or Monthly Supreme Digital (Rs2,100).

Common problems and fixes
- Code says insufficient balance: check your balance with *222#. Tax is deducted at the time of recharge, so your usable balance can be lower than the amount you loaded.
- Bundle not available on your number: some offers are only for selected customers, new SIMs or certain cities. Dial *6464# to see the offers that apply to your number.
- Internet not working after subscribing: turn mobile data off and on, check that the correct Zong APN is selected in your mobile network settings, and restart the phone.
- Price on the website differs from the SMS: the SMS from Zong at the time of subscription is final. Report any wrong deduction on 310.
