BBISE Quetta Result 2026: Balochistan Board Result by Roll Number
The BBISE result 2026 is checked on the board’s new website, bbise.edu.pk, by choosing SSC or HSSC and entering your roll number, year, session and class. BBISE is the Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Quetta, which many students still call BISE Quetta or simply the Balochistan Board. It conducts matric and intermediate exams across the province.
The Balochistan Board finished its main 2026 results early this year. The matric (9th and 10th) annual result was announced on 7 May 2026, the intermediate (11th and 12th) annual result on 20 July 2026, and the SSC second annual result on 25 September 2026. The HSSC second annual exams are the only 2026 exams still to be held.

How to check BBISE result by roll number
- Open bbise.edu.pk/Result, or click Results on the homepage.
- Choose SSC for 9th or 10th class, or HSSC for 11th or 12th class.
- Enter your roll number using digits only, exactly as printed on your roll number slip.
- Select the year (2026) and the session: Annual, 2nd Annual or Special.
- Pick your class and press Search Result.
- Note down or screenshot your subject marks. Your result card from the board is the official record.
Getting the session right matters. A student who appeared in the supplementary exam must select 2nd Annual, otherwise the portal will show the earlier annual result or nothing at all.
Result gazette
Unlike many boards, the Balochistan Board posts its result gazettes as PDF files on the Notifications page. Gazettes for HSSC Part-I and Part-II annual 2026 were posted on 20 July 2026, and SSC second annual 2026 gazettes for Part-I and Part-II on 25 September 2026. A gazette is useful for schools and for anyone who has lost a roll number, as it lists results by roll number and institution.
Is there an SMS service?
The board’s website does not mention an SMS code for results, and news reports on the 2026 results only describe the website and gazette. Avoid sending your roll number to short codes shared on social media unless the board itself announces them. The online portal is free and is the official route.
HSSC second annual exams 2026
The board issued its HSSC 2nd Annual 2026 notification on 22 July 2026 and posted the date sheet for the HSSC Bi-Annual Examination 2026 on 11 September. Roll number slips for regular and private candidates were released on 28 September, and supervisory staff duty orders followed on 8 October. Reports based on the board’s notification put the tentative start date at 13 October 2026, so candidates should confirm their paper dates on the official date sheet and slip.
The second annual exam is meant for students who failed 11th class papers and for those who passed but want to improve their marks. Results will follow after the exams finish. No date has been announced yet.
Rechecking (recounting) of papers
BBISE handles rechecking and re-totaling through its Examination and Secrecy Branch. You apply within the deadline given in the result schedule, select the subjects, pay the fee and wait for the outcome. For the HSSC annual 2026 result, ProPakistani reported a fully online process with a fee of Rs. 300 and a deadline of 5 August 2026, which has passed.
The board has since published the HSSC recounting result list (25 September 2026) and the Appellate Committee decisions on recounting cases (6 October 2026) on its Notifications page.
Board services after the result
The board’s Services page lists each procedure and the branch that handles it. The ones students need most after a result are:
| Service | Handled by |
|---|---|
| Result card issue, correction or duplicate | Result Branch |
| Rechecking and re-totaling | Examination / Secrecy Branch |
| Correction of name, father’s name or date of birth | Record / Correction Branch |
| Duplicate certificate | Certificate Branch |
| Verification of result card or certificate | Verification Branch |
| Migration and NOC | Migration Branch |
Each procedure page explains the documents and fee challan needed. Students outside Quetta can hand in forms at their nearest regional branch.

Calculate your percentage
Use this calculator to turn your marks into a percentage and a rough grade.
Marks percentage and grade calculator
The grade shown is a guide. Boards are moving from the older scale to the new 10-grade scale step by step, so the grade printed on your result card is the one that counts.
The formula is obtained marks divided by total marks, multiplied by 100. The grade on your BBISE result card is the official one, so treat the calculator as a guide only.
Common problems
- No result found: check the level, year, session and class. Most errors come from choosing Annual instead of 2nd Annual.
- Old bookmark not working: use bbise.edu.pk. The board moved to this address.
- Wrong name or date of birth: the Record and Correction Branch handles corrections. See the Services page for the procedure.
- Lost result card or certificate: apply to the Result Branch or Certificate Branch for a duplicate.
