How to check your Gujranwala board result by roll number
- Go to www.bisegrw.edu.pk and scroll down to the Result Inquiry section, titled Check Your Examination Result.
- Enter your complete roll number in digits only.
- Select the year of the exam, for example 2026.
- Select the class: 9th Annual, 10th Annual, 11th Annual or 12th Annual. Supplementary and special exams have their own options in the same list.
- Type the security code exactly as it appears in the image and press Search Result.
The same form sits on the Check Results page under Exam and Results, and it accepts years going back to 2000. The board points out that a result only appears once the exam has been officially announced, so the 11th Annual 2026 option will stay empty until 22 October.
Gujranwala board result by name
The online form does not search by name. For that, use the result gazette. BISE Gujranwala keeps every gazette on its Result Gazette page and says gazette copies are published on the same day as the result. As of October 2026 the page carries the 2026 gazettes for 9th annual, 10th annual and Part-II (12th) annual, plus older ones going back to 2012.
- Open Exam and Results on the website, then Result Gazette.
- Choose the Matric (SSC) or Intermediate (HSSC) list and open the PDF for your exam and year.
- Search the file for your name, then confirm your father’s name and institution before you note the roll number.
Result by SMS on 800299
- Write a new text message containing only your roll number.
- Send it to 800299.
- Keep the reply, which shows your marks and pass or fail status.
Your mobile network sets the charge for each message. On a busy result morning the reply can be late, but the website and the gazette carry exactly the same result.
Result cards, roll number slips and date sheets
- Date sheets: the Exam and Results menu links PDF date sheets for the SSC 2026 exam, the second annual 2026 exam and the inter first annual 2026 exam.
- Roll number slips: watch the homepage notices and the online services portal before the second annual papers, and bring the slip to every paper.
- Result cards: if your card is lost or damaged, apply through the Duplicate Cards service linked from the homepage.
- 11th class registration: the board has extended the 11th registration schedule for regular candidates of session 2026 to 2028, with the late fee stage open until 20 October 2026.
Online services
Most paperwork now runs through the board’s services portal at services.bisegrw.edu.pk.
| Service | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Fee challan | Online Challan (Challan Generation on the homepage) |
| Migration NOC | Online NOC |
| Certificate verification | IBCC Verification and Personal Verification links |
| Duplicate result card or certificate | Duplicate Cards |
| Correction of name or date of birth | Profile Correction under private services |
| Private admissions, 9th to 12th | Private Services section of the portal |
| Tracking an application | Trace Your File |
The board issued a notification revising its fee structure in 2026. We could not confirm the new amounts, so check the figure on the generated challan before you pay.
Rechecking of papers
The homepage states that rechecking applications must be submitted within 20 days of a result. Matric and intermediate candidates apply through separate portals: Rechecking SSC and Rechecking HSSC, both on services.bisegrw.edu.pk.
- Rechecking confirms that every answer was marked and that the marks were added and carried over correctly. Answers are not marked a second time.
- Apply only for the papers where you expected clearly higher marks.
- For any other result discrepancy, the board asks candidates to contact its Examination Branch.
Calculate your percentage
Your percentage is your obtained marks divided by the total marks, multiplied by 100. Enter both figures from your result card in the calculator to get the percentage and grade.
Marks percentage and grade calculator
The grade shown is a guide. Boards are moving from the older scale to the new 10-grade scale step by step, so the grade printed on your result card is the one that counts.
IBCC’s new grading began in 2026 with grade 9 and grade 11, so those results use a 40% pass mark and grades from A++ down to U. The 10th and 12th class results of 2026 were not part of that first phase. On the older Punjab scale, 33% is the pass mark and A+ starts at 80%. Our matric result 2026 page explains both scales.
Problems and fixes
- Security code rejected: type the characters exactly, or reload the page for a new code.
- No result returned: make sure you chose the right class option, for example 11th Annual rather than 12th Annual, and the correct year.
- Name spelt wrongly: apply through Profile Correction with your B-Form or CNIC copy.
- Website slow on result day: send an SMS to 800299 or open the gazette once it is posted.
- Calls or messages asking for money to raise marks: these are scams. Board results cannot be changed by payment, and you should never share an OTP or password.
