11th Class Result 2026: Punjab Boards Date and Check by Roll Number

The 11th class result 2026 for all nine Punjab boards is scheduled for Thursday 22 October 2026 at 10:00 am. On that morning you can check your inter part 1 result on your own board’s website by entering your roll number, or by sending the roll number by SMS to your board’s code, such as 800291 for Lahore or 800293 for Multan.

As of Monday 12 October 2026 the result has not been announced. The Punjab boards have already declared the 10th, 9th and 12th class annual results for 2026, so the first year result is the last annual result of the year. Below you will find every board’s website and SMS code, with a link to our detailed guide for each board.

Punjab board websites and SMS codes

Check your result with the board that conducted your exam. This is the board named on your roll number slip, and it depends on where your college or exam centre is. A student in Okara, for example, belongs to BISE Sahiwal, not BISE Lahore.

These are the SMS codes the boards used for the 9th and 12th class results in 2026. Students of Islamabad and other Federal Board institutions should use our FBISE result guide instead, because the Federal Board follows its own schedule.

How to check the 11th class result by roll number

  1. Find your roll number on the roll number slip you used in the 2026 annual exam.
  2. Open your board’s website from the table above. On result day most boards place a direct result link on the homepage.
  3. Choose Intermediate, 11th class, HSSC Part-I or 1st Year, whichever wording your board uses, then select 2026 and the annual or first annual session.
  4. Type the roll number, fill in the security code if one is shown, and press the search or view button.
  5. Check your name, father’s name and the marks in each subject, then take a screenshot or print the page.

A few boards ask for one more detail. The Sargodha results portal has a box for your 13-digit B-Form number next to the roll number, and Bahawalpur lets you search either by roll number or by B-Form or CNIC number. Most boards later add result card downloads for regular and private candidates to their homepages.

Check the 11th class result by SMS

  1. Open a new text message on your phone.
  2. Type only your roll number, with no name, class or spaces.
  3. Send it to your board’s code from the table above.
  4. Wait for the reply with your marks and status.

Your network charges for each message. At 10:00 am on result day thousands of students send messages at once, so a reply can take a while. If it does not arrive, use the website later in the day rather than sending the same message again and again.

11th class result by name and gazette

Board result portals search by roll number. If you have lost yours, the result gazette is the usual way to find a result by name. A gazette is a PDF that lists the roll number and result of every candidate in an exam.

  • BISE Gujranwala keeps all its gazettes on a Result Gazette page and states that gazette copies are published on the same day as the result.
  • BISE Rawalpindi has a Result Gazettes page with a separate row for the HSSC Part-I (11th) annual exam.
  • For Lahore, our BISE Lahore result guide explains how to search the board’s gazette by name.

Open the PDF, use Find on a computer or Find in page on a phone, and type your name. Match the father’s name and college as well, because many names repeat. If your board has not posted a gazette, your college or the board’s facilitation centre can help you trace your roll number.

New grading system for 11th class 2026

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) has introduced a new grading system that all examination boards in Pakistan are adopting in three phases, to be completed by 2028. IBCC says the first phase began in 2026 with grade 9 (SSC) and grade 11 (HSSC), which makes the 11th class result 2026 one of the first results under the new rules.

  • Pass mark: 40%, up from 33% under the old scale.
  • Grades: a 10-point scale of A++, A+, A, B++, B+, B, C+, C, D and U, replacing the old A-1, A, B, C, D, E and F.
  • Marks: IBCC says absolute marks will still be shown alongside grades while the change is under way.

Your board prints the final pass or fail status on the result card. Rely on that rather than on calculations shared on social media.

Calculate your percentage

Divide your obtained marks by the total marks on your result card and multiply by 100, or enter both numbers in the calculator below.

Marks percentage and grade calculator

The grade shown is a guide. Boards are moving from the older scale to the new 10-grade scale step by step, so the grade printed on your result card is the one that counts.

Keep the 40% pass mark in mind for 11th class. On the older Punjab scale, which still applies to results from before the change, 80% and above was A+, 70% to 79% A, 60% to 69% B, 50% to 59% C, 40% to 49% D and 33% to 39% E.

After the result: rechecking and failed papers

  • Rechecking: if a mark looks wrong, apply online before the deadline in your board’s notice. Lahore accepts applications for 15 days after a result and Gujranwala for 20 days. Rechecking confirms that every answer was marked and that the marks were added up correctly. Papers are not marked again.
  • Failed or weak papers: ask your college or board which later exam you can take to clear a Part-I paper or improve your marks, and when its admission forms open. Rules and fees are set by each board.
  • Corrections: if your name, father’s name or date of birth is wrong on the result, apply through your board’s correction service with your B-Form and roll number slip.

Problems and fixes

  • Website not opening at 10:00 am: board servers slow down under heavy traffic. Use the SMS code, or try again after an hour.
  • No result found: check that you picked 11th class or Part-I, the year 2026 and the annual session, and that you are on the right board’s website.
  • Result withheld or missing: contact your board’s facilitation centre with your roll number slip and registration details.
  • Paid result offers and fake messages: board results are free online. Never share an OTP, PIN or password with anyone who promises a result or extra marks.
