The board’s 2026 matric exams for 9th and 10th class began on 7 April 2026, as announced by its chairman, Dr Asif Ali Memon. In the class 10 science group, the top girl scored 1,010 out of 1,100, and all three top girls earned A1 grades, according to The Nation’s report of the board’s notification. Toppers came from schools in Moro, Shahdadpur and Sanghar.
The Sindh government had asked boards to declare matric results by 10 July, inter results by 31 July and class 9 and 11 results by 31 August 2026. Like most Sindh boards, SBA has not met every one of these dates, so rely on the portal rather than dates shared on social media.
BISE Nawabshah or BISE SBA: same board
Nawabshah city and district were renamed Shaheed Benazirabad, so the board now uses that name and the short form SBA. Older certificates, school notices and search results may still say BISE Nawabshah. Both names refer to the same board and the same website, bisesba.edu.pk.
Districts under the SBA board
The board serves Shaheed Benazirabad, Naushahro Feroze and Sanghar. The 2026 science toppers’ schools in Moro, Shahdadpur and Sanghar reflect this spread. Schools in Hyderabad division belong to the BISE Hyderabad board, and those in Sukkur, Khairpur and Ghotki to the BISE Sukkur board.
BISE SBA result by SMS
The board does not list an SMS short code on its website. Codes offered by private result sites are not confirmed by BISE SBA and may cost money. The online portal is the free and official option.
Online services on bisesba.edu.pk
- Online Challan: under eServices, generate the bank challan for board fees.
- Affiliations: new affiliation, renewal and the list of affiliated institutes, mainly for schools and colleges.
- Help topics: the homepage answers common questions on enrolment and registration, paying the exam fee and getting a duplicate certificate.
- Admit cards and date sheets: these normally reach regular students through their school or college, so ask your institution first.
Scrutiny of papers
Scrutiny is the Sindh term for rechecking. It usually covers unmarked answers and adding-up mistakes rather than a new marking of the paper. We found no 2026 scrutiny notice on the board’s website, so ask your institution or the board for the form, fee and last date as soon as your result appears.
Calculate your percentage
When you have your mark sheet, divide the marks obtained by the total marks and multiply by 100, or use the calculator below.
Marks percentage and grade calculator
The grade shown is a guide. Boards are moving from the older scale to the new 10-grade scale step by step, so the grade printed on your result card is the one that counts.
For class 10 and 12, Sindh boards use A1 for 80% and above, A for 70% to 79%, B for 60% to 69%, C for 50% to 59%, D for 40% to 49% and E for 33% to 39%. The new IBCC scale now used for Part I results is set out in our matric result 2026 guide.
Problems and fixes
- Result page looks empty: the search form loads inside the Results page. If it does not appear, open results.bisesba.edu.pk directly.
- No record found: check the class and group, then retype the roll number. If your group has not been declared, nothing will show.
- Wrong details: report spelling or grade errors through your school or college, with a copy of your admit card.
Contact BISE SBA
The board’s contact page gives the email address [email protected]. It did not show a working phone number when we checked, so for urgent matters ask your institution or visit the board’s office in Shaheed Benazirabad.
