BISE Abbottabad has declared its 2026 matric and intermediate first annual results, and you can check yours on www.biseatd.edu.pk by choosing your class, year and session and entering your roll number. The board also issues an e-DMC online, which is what most students search for as the DMC of BISE Abbottabad.

The SSC (9th and 10th) result was announced on 4 August 2026, and the HSSC (11th and 12th) result on 21 September 2026. As of 12 October 2026, the SSC Annual-II exam has been postponed, and the board has opened admissions for the HSSC Annual-II 2026 exam.

PK Portals is an independent website. We are not part of BISE Abbottabad or the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, so always treat the board’s own website as the final word.

How to check BISE Abbottabad result by roll number

  1. Open www.biseatd.edu.pk and click All Results, or go straight to www.biseatd.edu.pk/all_results.php.
  2. Under Class, pick SSC (9th and 10th) or HSSC (11th and 12th).
  3. Choose the year, for example 2026, and then the session, such as Annual-I.
  4. Type your roll number and submit the form.
  5. Check your name, subject marks, total, grade and result status.

The same page holds results back to 2012, which helps if you need to confirm an old result. The board adds a note that online results are provisional and issued subject to errors and omissions, and that only the original record decides your certificate.

BISE Abbottabad DMC: e-DMC and original DMC

The Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC) lists your marks in every subject. BISE Abbottabad gives it in two forms. The e-DMC goes online with the result, and the original paper DMC is handed over later through your institution or exam centre.

How to get your e-DMC

  1. Search your result on the board’s result page with the correct class, year, session and roll number.
  2. When your marks appear, save the page as a PDF or print it.
  3. Keep a copy on your phone for college or university forms that ask for marks before the original DMC arrives.

Collecting the original DMC

For the HSSC Annual-I 2026 result, the board began handing over original DMCs of regular candidates on 23 September 2026 from 9:00 am. Staff from schools and colleges had to bring an authority letter to collect them. Regular students should ask their institution, while private candidates collect their original DMC from their exam centre.

If you have lost your DMC or need a duplicate, contact the inquiry section on (0992) 392014 for the current fee and form. Many admission offices ask to see the original, so collect it as soon as it is ready.

Result by name, SMS and gazette

The result page has no name search, so you need your roll number. Your school or college keeps a record of it, and private candidates can download their roll number slip from the board’s roll number page.

The board’s website does not list an SMS code. Some news sites mention 9818, but even they advise using it only if the board confirms it, and we have not found such a notice. For a full list of results, the board’s Annual-I 2026 admission rules mentioned a gazette on USB, so ask your institution about access.

Grading system

You must score at least 33% in each subject. The board grades your overall percentage on this scale:

PercentageGrade
80% and aboveA1
70% to 79%A
60% to 69%B
50% to 59%C
40% to 49%D
33% to 39%E
Below 33%F

Calculate your percentage

Put in the marks from your e-DMC to see your percentage and grade straight away.

Marks percentage and grade calculator

The grade shown is a guide. Boards are moving from the older scale to the new 10-grade scale step by step, so the grade printed on your result card is the one that counts.

Re-totaling, paper show and UFM appeals

BISE Abbottabad offers re-totaling, which is a recount of your marks and a check for answers left unmarked, not a full re-marking. In 2026 the board issued an SSC Annual-I re-totaling notice on 10 September and an HSSC Annual-I notice on 26 September covering re-totaling, paper show, UFM appeals, result quashment and grace marks.

  1. Read the notice on the board’s home page for the fee and last date.
  2. For HSSC, apply online at biseatd.edu.pk/retotaling/hssc/.
  3. Pay the fee as the notice explains and keep your receipt.
  4. Check the board’s news section for the outcome.

Candidates booked for using unfair means can follow the jury decisions, which the board published for SSC Annual-I 2026 on 14 September.

Roll number slips, date sheets and Annual-II 2026

Private candidates can download roll number slips from www.biseatd.edu.pk/latest_rollno.php. The SSC Annual-II 2026 date sheet came out on 21 September, was revised on 9 October, and a change of centres notice followed on 11 October. The board then issued a press release postponing the SSC Annual-II exam, and all eight KP boards have suspended these papers until further orders.

For the HSSC Annual-II 2026 exam, the admission notification was issued on 7 October and private candidates apply through the board’s student portal at sis.biseatd.edu.pk.

Problems and fixes

  • No record found: check that you picked the right class group, year and session. A 10th class result is under SSC, not HSSC.
  • Latest Result link on the home page does not open: use the All Results page instead, which lets you pick any exam by year.
  • Mistake in name or date of birth: contact the inquiry section quickly with your documents so the record can be corrected.
  • Agents promising better marks: these offers are fraud. Only re-totaling through the board can change a total.
