  3. Enter your roll number in the Roll No box.
  4. Press Check Result. Your marks appear in the box below the form.
  5. Save a screenshot and compare the marks with your DMC when you receive it.

The board also runs an exam statistics dashboard at web.bisemdn.edu.pk/dashboard/, which is useful for schools comparing results.

Can you check the Mardan board result by name or SMS?

Not officially. The result site has only a roll number box, so there is no name search. If you have forgotten your roll number, your school or college can give it to you, and private candidates can print their slip again from rollno.bisemdn.edu.pk.

BISE Mardan does not list an SMS result code on its website or in its FAQs. Short codes that appear on other sites are not confirmed by the board, so do not rely on them for your final marks.

Gazette, DMC and fees

Most documents are handled at the board’s Students Facilitation Centre (SFC), in front of the examination block. Private candidates get their DMC free by showing their roll number slip at the SFC. The fees below are taken from the board’s FAQ page, so check for revisions before paying.

ServiceFee
Private candidate DMCFree with roll number slip
Duplicate DMCRs 1,500
Triplicate DMCRs 2,000
Revised DMC (after correction)Free
DMC after grace marksRs 800
DMC or certificate verificationRs 2,000 per copy
Result gazette (book or CD)Rs 500

Regular students who need a duplicate DMC must also bring a no objection certificate from their school or college. Schools often buy the gazette to see the whole class result at once.

Migration and other services

Students moving to another board or to a university need a migration certificate, issued at window 8 of the SFC. The FAQ lists Rs 1,500 for board to board migration and Rs 2,000 for board to university migration. Bring the migration form, the bank receipt, a copy of your DMC and a copy of your CNIC.

Other fees on the same page include Rs 1,300 for an unfair means (UFM) appeal and Rs 3,000 to cancel an exam or result. Schools and colleges use a separate portal, portal.bisemdn.edu.pk, for enrolment and registration.

Re-totaling and show of paper

If you think a mark is missing, apply for re-totaling at retotalling.bisemdn.edu.pk. The board adds up your marks again and checks for unmarked answers, but it does not mark the paper afresh. For the SSC Annual-I 2026 exam, re-totaling and UFM applications were taken from 13 to 27 August 2026.

Students on the board’s lists were then called for a show of paper on fixed dates, for example 11 September for the 10th class, 20 September for the 9th class and 11 October for the 12th class. Watch the notices on web.bisemdn.edu.pk for your own date.

Roll number slips, date sheets and the Annual-II exam

Roll number slips are issued through rollno.bisemdn.edu.pk and private admission forms through admission.bisemdn.edu.pk. Fees are paid with the bank deposit slip generated at web.bisemdn.edu.pk/challan/.

A revised date sheet issued on 5 October set the SSC Annual-II exam to start on 12 October 2026. On 11 October the board postponed these papers until further orders, in line with the other KP boards. A new schedule will be posted on the website. For the HSSC Annual-II 2026 exam, the last date for admission with the normal fee is 20 October 2026.

Calculate your percentage

Use the calculator to turn your marks into a percentage and grade.

Marks percentage and grade calculator

The grade shown is a guide. Boards are moving from the older scale to the new 10-grade scale step by step, so the grade printed on your result card is the one that counts.

A pass needs at least 33% in each subject. For results from other boards, see our matric result 2026 page.

Scholarships for top students

The board’s FAQ lists two main scholarships for high scorers. Under Stoori da Pakhtunkhwa, the top 20 Science and top 20 Arts students in SSC receive Rs 10,000 a month for 24 months, and the HSSC toppers receive Rs 15,000 a month for 24 months. The National Talent Scholarship also gives monthly stipends and tuition and book grants.

Students who passed in parts, or who topped as private candidates, cannot get Stoori da Pakhtunkhwa, and nobody can hold two scholarships at once. Scholarship queries go to 0937-9230354.
