How to check your Sargodha board result by roll number

  1. Open results.bisesargodha.edu.pk, or click Online Results on the board’s homepage.
  2. Under Select Examination, pick Matric (9th or 10th) or Intermediate (11th or 12th).
  3. Choose the year and the session: 1st Annual for the main exam, or 2nd Annual / Supplementary.
  4. Type your roll number. It has up to six digits.
  5. Type your 13-digit B-Form number in the next box, then press View Result.

The B-Form number is the one you gave at registration. If the portal does not accept your details, call the query line printed on the portal, 048-3250041.

Sargodha board result by name

There is no name search on the Sargodha portal. A result gazette, where one is released, lists every candidate and can be searched by name, but we did not find a gazette link on the board’s website in October 2026. The quickest route is usually your school or college, which has the roll numbers of all its candidates. The board’s Info Desk and the numbers below can also help.

Result by SMS on 800290

  1. Create a new SMS and type your roll number only.
  2. Send it to 800290.
  3. Read the reply for your marks and status, and keep it until you see the online result.

SMS is handy when the website is busy on result morning, but your network charges for it. The SMS service does not need a B-Form number.

Checking a second annual result

Candidates who sit the second annual exams use the same portal. Choose Matric or Intermediate, select 2026, and change the session to 2nd Annual / Supplementary before entering the roll number printed on your second annual roll number slip. Under the Punjab boards’ calendar the matric second annual result is expected on 8 December 2026 and the inter second annual result on 12 January 2027. Both dates are provisional until the board confirms them.

Result cards, roll number slips and date sheets

  • Result cards: the homepage links downloadable result cards for the HSSC first annual exam 2026 and the SSC 9th first annual exam 2026, with separate links for regular and private students.
  • Roll number slips: Press Release No. 242 of 22 September 2026 covers slips for the SSC second annual exam. Private students download them from the Useful Links section of the homepage.
  • Date sheets: the date sheet for the class 9th and 10th composite (second annual) exam 2026 is in the Press Notes and Notice Board list.
  • Admission forms: forms for the inter second annual exam 2026 are linked from the homepage.

Rechecking of papers

Rechecking at a Punjab board means the paper is checked for unmarked answers and totalling errors. The answers are not marked afresh. We did not see an open rechecking link on the Sargodha homepage in October 2026, so watch the press notes and homepage after your result for the schedule and fee.

  • Read the rechecking notice as soon as your result is out, because the window is short.
  • Have your roll number, B-Form number and mobile number ready.
  • Keep a copy of the application and the paid fee receipt.

Calculate your percentage

Put your obtained marks and the total marks from the result into the calculator. It shows the percentage and the matching grade.

Marks percentage and grade calculator

The grade shown is a guide. Boards are moving from the older scale to the new 10-grade scale step by step, so the grade printed on your result card is the one that counts.

Remember which scale applies to you. The IBCC grading introduced in 2026 for grade 9 and grade 11 has a 40% pass mark and grades from A++ to U. Results outside that first phase, such as 10th and 12th class in 2026, use the older Punjab scale with a 33% pass mark. Our matric result 2026 guide sets out both.

Problems and fixes

  • Result not showing: check that the session is 1st Annual for the main exam and that the B-Form number has all 13 digits with no dashes.
  • Wrong class group: 11th and 12th class are both under Intermediate, so pick the year and session carefully.
  • Portal busy: use SMS to 800290 and check online later in the day.
  • Errors in your name or date of birth: contact the board offices listed below before you apply for admission elsewhere.
  • Offers to change marks for money: ignore them and report them to the board. Results are free and cannot be bought.
