How to check BISE Swat result online
- Open www.bisess.edu.pk and, under the Online Section, click View Details next to Results (SSC / HSSC).
- In Select Class, choose Matric or Intermediate.
- In Examination, pick your exam, for example 10th-Annual-I or 12th-Annual-I.
- Type your roll number and select the year of examination, such as 2026.
- Click Load Data and check the details that appear, starting with your name and father’s name.
The board asks students to compare the online data with their original DMC. If anything does not match, visit the board office for correction.
BISE Swat result by name or SMS
There is no name search. The result section needs a roll number, so ask your school or college if you have lost it. Private candidates can get their slips through the Private Roll Numbers link on the home page.
BISE Swat does not list an SMS service on its website, and news coverage of its 2026 results did not mention one either. Treat any short code you find online as unofficial.
DMC, gazette and verification
Your DMC is the document that counts for admissions, so keep the original safe and use photocopies for forms. If the board issues a result gazette, your school can use it to check marks by roll number.
Employers, universities and other bodies often ask for verified documents. BISE Swat offers online verification for IBCC, NADRA, departmental and general cases from its home page, and a separate online form for board to university migration. Fee details are on the Bank Challan and Fee Info download.
Other services on the BISE Swat website
- Syllabus and model papers for the 9th to 12th classes
- E-answer sheet, e-marking model papers and a student guide on how to attempt the e-answer sheet
- Download forms for admissions, corrections and other requests
- A Right to Public Services Commission (RTS) page for complaints about delayed services
- An institutional corner where schools and colleges handle SSC and HSSC admissions, enrolment and registration
Because the board now uses on-screen marking, it has shared a sample e-answer sheet and a guide for students. Go through both before your next exam so the layout is familiar on the day.
Calculate your percentage
Type your marks into the calculator below to find your percentage and grade.
Marks percentage and grade calculator
The grade shown is a guide. Boards are moving from the older scale to the new 10-grade scale step by step, so the grade printed on your result card is the one that counts.
To pass, you need at least 33% in each theory and practical paper.
Re-totaling and show of paper
Re-totaling lets the board add up your marks again and look for any question that was not marked. It is not a second marking of your paper. BISE Swat issued its SSC Annual-I 2026 re-totaling notification on 5 August and an HSSC Annual-I 2026 re-totaling and show of paper notice on 23 September.
- Read the notification in the board’s news section for the fee and closing date.
- Click Apply Online next to HSSC A-I 2026 Retotaling on the home page.
- Fill in the online form and pay the fee as instructed.
- Keep your receipt and check the website for the result of your application.
Annual-II 2026: admissions, roll numbers and postponement
The board published the SSC Annual-II 2026 admission notification on 17 August and the date sheet on 22 September. Private roll number slips are available online from the home page.
On 11 and 12 October 2026, all eight KP boards, including Swat, postponed the SSC Annual-II papers until further orders because of the emergency situation in the province. Schools in Swat were also closed on 12 October. A revised date sheet will be announced by the board, so keep checking its news section.
Common problems
- Load Data shows nothing: check that the class, exam and year match your roll number slip. A 9th class roll number will not work under 10th-Annual-I.
- Old result needed: the result section goes back to 2005, so pick the correct year and session.
- Details do not match the DMC: take your original DMC and identity documents to the board office for correction.
- Offers to raise marks for money: these are scams. Only the board’s re-totaling process can change your total.
