PTCL Bill Online: Check Duplicate Bill and Pay Online
To check your PTCL bill online, open PTCL’s official duplicate bill page (DBill) at dbill.ptcl.net.pk, enter your landline number and the Account ID printed on an old bill, and your latest bill appears. You can save or print it for free. Charji wireless internet bills have a separate search page on the same site.
This guide explains each step, how to find a lost Account ID, every official way to pay, and the PTCL helpline numbers. PK Portals is an independent information site and is not linked to PTCL or the Government of Pakistan.

How to check your PTCL bill online
- Go to dbill.ptcl.net.pk. You can also reach it from ptcl.com.pk through Bill Payment and Recharge, then DBill – Landline.
- Make sure Search PTCL Bill is selected for a landline account.
- Enter your phone number in the first box.
- Enter the Account ID from your bill in the second box.
- Submit the search. Your duplicate bill opens with the bill month, amount due and due date.
A note on the phone number format: the search box is labelled with area code, but PTCL’s own searching guide shows the number without the area code, and says Lahore and Karachi numbers start with 3. If one format returns nothing, try the other. To keep a copy, use your browser’s Print option and choose Save as PDF.
Where to find your PTCL Account ID
The Account ID is printed on every PTCL bill along with your telephone number. It identifies your account, so you need both numbers for the duplicate bill search. Save them in your phone once and you will not need the paper bill again.
If you have lost your bill, PTCL’s eBill Registration page has a Know your Account ID option, where you choose wireline or wireless and enter your telephone number with area code. You can also ask on 1218 or at a PTCL customer service centre, where staff may ask for the account holder’s CNIC.
PTCL Charji bill check
Charji is PTCL’s wireless internet service, and its postpaid bills are searched differently. On the DBill site, choose Search CharJi Bill. PTCL’s searching guide says wireless bills are found with the MDN (the device number) and the ESN number.
The guide explains that the MDN is entered with the area code but without the leading zero, and that the details are on your device box or sale order form. If you cannot find them, call 1218.
Other ways to see your PTCL bill
- PTCL online account: sign in on ptcl.com.pk to see your monthly bill, unbilled usage and payment options in one place.
- Uptcl app: PTCL’s app for Android and iPhone, linked from the PTCL website, lets you view and pay bills.
- eBill by email: register on the eBill Registration page with your name, CNIC, telephone number, Account ID, email and mobile number to receive the bill by email.
- Phone: dial 1200 from your PTCL landline for billing information, or 1218 for help with any service.
Understanding your PTCL bill
A PTCL bill normally shows your fixed monthly charges for the line and package, any extra call or usage charges, government taxes, and any unpaid amount from earlier months. It also shows the bill month, issue date and due date.
Check the amount payable carefully before you pay. If the bill shows a separate amount for payment after the due date, paying late will cost more, and long unpaid bills can lead to the service being suspended. If a charge looks wrong, raise it on 1218 before the due date and note the complaint number.
How to pay your PTCL bill online
PTCL’s Bill Payment Options page lists these official channels:
| Channel | Options |
|---|---|
| PTCL channels | Uptcl app, PTCL website, WhatsApp and PCPM payment machines |
| Mobile wallets | Easypaisa, JazzCash and UPaisa |
| Bank apps | Many banks, including HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Allied Bank, Faysal Bank, National Bank of Pakistan and Bank of Punjab |
| Doorstep collection | TCS bill collection for Islamabad and Rawalpindi customers, booked through 1218 |
In a wallet or bank app, open Bill Payment, choose Telephone or Internet, select PTCL and enter the number the app asks for, usually the telephone number or Account ID. Confirm that the name and amount match your bill before you pay. Our Easypaisa vs JazzCash guide compares the two biggest wallets.

Stay safe when checking your bill
Only enter your Account ID on official PTCL pages, which use the ptcl.com.pk or dbill.ptcl.net.pk addresses. Many unofficial websites and browser add-ons claim to show PTCL bills, but you do not need them. PTCL staff will not ask for your bank PIN, card details or one-time code to check a bill.
Common problems and fixes
- No bill found: check the phone number format (with and without area code) and make sure the Account ID matches that phone line.
- Lost Account ID: use Know your Account ID on the eBill Registration page, or call 1218.
- Charji bill not showing on the landline page: use Search CharJi Bill with your MDN and ESN instead.
- Payment not reflected: allow a little time for the payment to post. If it still shows unpaid, contact 1218 with your transaction ID.
- Line disconnected for non-payment: pay the outstanding amount, then call 1218 to ask about restoration.
